My take on it:
Если вы любитель сладкого мяса, эта курочка вам будет по душе. Сладкая и нежная, готовится очень быстро. Идеальное блюдо на скорую руку, когда нужно удивить вкусом. Как по мне идеальным гарниром будет обычная картошка пюре на молоке и масле. Именно немного соленое и нежное пюре подчеркивает не менее нежную и сладкую курочку

Chicken with pineapple, peaches and cream
Ingredients
1 chicken cut into pieces
Canned peaches (to taste)
200 ml / (3/4 cup and 1 1/2 tablespoons) whipping cream
Oregano (to taste)
Pineapple slices (to taste)
3 cloves of garlic
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Vegetable oil or olive oil for frying
Directions
Step 1
Season the chicken pieces with salt, sliced garlics, oregano and pepper, add pineapple syrup to chicken and leave to marinate about an hour or less.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces and fry on both sides on a low heat with the pan covered. Once in a while turn the chicken pieces.
Step 3
When the chicken pieces are fried, remove them to a plate with a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
Step 4
Place the peaches and the pineapple slices cut into pieces, stir and fry a little. Pour the whipping cream, stir and cook about four to five minutes over low heat.
Step 5
Place again the chicken pieces in the skillet, wrap in the sauce and turn off the heat.
Step 6
Serve with mashed potatoes and some veggies.
